Backyard Dream Come True
We've wanted a pool installed for years and finally took the plunge with Pools and Palms.This company provided awesome service from start to finish. After our first meeting with the Sales/Office Staff, we knew that we had chosen the right company for our project. Melissa and Mel are very knowledgeable of all products and designs, including licensing and permits necessary prior to the start of installation. Then we met Larry and WOW, he was even more impressive. Everyone associated with the company prioritizes customer satisfaction. If a question or issue arose, they promptly resolved it. Our project went smoothly from beginning to end. Pools and Palms is a "PREMIER" company. We look forward to enjoying our backyard retreat for many years to come.

When you look at the pool shell, it’s obvious it’s well constructed. The colors and texture of the pool surface is beautiful and easy to maintain. We upgraded to the better most efficient pump, what a great suggestion. Once the water gets balanced its maintenance free. We check it once a week and it’s always perfect. The salt water is beautiful to swim in. The install was worry free and problem free. What a great company to deal with. Every question was answered and explained in detail. We used all their suggested contractors and everything worked out smooth and organized. We couldn’t be happier. The family are wonderful to work with from start to finish.

We were very pleased with the Pools and Palms staff. Melissa, the Office Manager, was very knowledgeable about her company and their workmanship. She indeed was committed to customer service and satisfaction. Indicated if we needed any questions answered to give her a call. Melissa was very upbeat, friendly and more than willing to help us with any questions or problems. The people who put the pool in were friendly and did a great job. Michael, the electrician, was very knowledgeable in his field. He went over everything regarding the pumps and filter equipment with us and told us if we don’t understand anything to give him a call. Larry, the boss, was pretty much on site to oversee what was going on and helped us a lot in learning about having a pool. Rick, came over a few times to make sure everything was running as it should be and asked if we have any questions or need anything. Overall, our experience with Pools and Palms was very positive. We have already recommended them to other neighbors.
